Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation. We work in over 70 countries - in conflict zones, natural disasters and epidemics. We are independent, neutral and impartial. We provide medical care where it's needed most.

Story

Well it's been three years since I was stupid enough to do the London Triathlon, but with enough time for me to forget how little fun it was, I have in my infinite wisdom decided to do the Royal Windsor Triathlon on June 15. For those who are not aware, I shall be swimming 1500m in The Thames (most of it upstream!!), riding 40 kms and then running 10 kms. Three years ago I did the London Triathlon in 3 hrs and 33 mins and I hope I can knock around 15 minutes off that time this year. As you can see from the svelt figure picture on the left, that will clearly be no problem! Ahem... Anyway, with all acts of idiocy like this, I've decided to raise money for charity. Like three years ago I am raising money for Medecins Sans Frontieres who are a fantastic charity. With your help I hope to raise £5,000. So thank you for any contribution, regardless of how small, it all helps and it's all for a good cause. I'd ask you to contribute an amount that reflects your disbelief that I might do this! Jason ps. You don't need to leave your name when using this service if you are worried either that people will think you are very cheap, or conversely that they suddenly realise how wealthy you are.
