Hello,

Here are a few reasons why I don’t want to do this:

I don’t exercise enough or jog regularly

I'm very unfit

It is very, very, very hard and a great challenge

I have high blood pressure

I've never done one before and I really don't fancy doing it now

Here are the reasons why I am doing this:

To raise money for CAP
