Imagine spending the whole day fasting and then finding no food in your kitchen to open your fast with? Imagine having to tell your children that they must go without a full meal?

This is the situation thousands face around the world everyday.

In Ramadan, Islamic Help will be providing food packages for the needy and poor in Darfur, Palestine, Bangladesh and Iraq mainly for Suhr and Iftar. 

Each pack costs £150 and consists of sugar, rice, bean, oil flour, corn and dates. As well of these individual packs, Islamic Help will also be providing daily cooked Iftari meals in the local mosques which will be open for the community.
