Jayne spent a lot of time at The Severn Hospice over the last couple of years and always received excellent care from the staff and volunteers.

Jayne's request was that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either The Severn Hospice or Christies Against Cancer (see alternative 'justgiving' website).
