On the 4th October I will be running 10K (yes all the way) in Sefton Park, Liverpool to raise money for HCPT Group 40, so please dig deep, sponsor me and help me hit my target!

HCPT Group 40 is a local charity that take disabled or disadvantaged children from around Liverpool on a holiday of a lifetime. The charity group has been running for well over 40 years and takes up to 10 children every year. This can cost in excess of £15,000, which the group is tasked with raising each and every year.

The group is made up of only volunteers, who pay for themselves to travel away with the children and care for them 24/7 while we are away.

Therefore every penny that I raise on 4th October will go directly to helping take a deserving child away on holiday. See more at www.group40.co.uk
