Hi and thank you for visiting my sponsorship page for the 10k walk in Leeds.

As many of you will know ,I decided I was walking the 10k this year. A personal target for myself is to get over the line under my own steam.  I have been training hard (on and off!!!) and I hope by the 22nd June 2008 to do myself proud.

Enough about me....

I have decided to walk this race and raise as much money as I can for the Yorkshire Cancer Hospital, based at St James Hospital in Leeds.

Most of us know or have loved someone who has been struck with this terrible disease and getting over that line is the least I can do in memory of anyone who has lost their life because we don't have the resources to find a cure. 

So it would be great if you could offer me and the hospital some support. No matter how small each and every penny will be gratefully received and spur me on to give something back .
