I'm changing!  In fact I've already changed quite a lot.  I've lost over 10st (66  kgs) and from December 2007 to June 2008.

The Elizabeth Foundation is an excellent cause.  It was there to help us when our daughter Iona was diagnosed with a hearing impairment.  They can do hearing tests on babies as young as two weeks!

Early diagnosis of hearing impairment is critical in helping children to develop to their full potential and live as full a life as possible with their hearing impairment.  The Elizabeth Foundation was a great source of support for us and Iona.
