(JOE DIDN'T JUST DO IT...HAVING BLASTED THROUGH HIS TARGET AND SPURRED ON BY SUCH FANTASTIC SUPPORT HE WENT ROUND TWICE  WITH HIS UNCLE AND CYCLED 26 MILES !!! AMAZING ..  WE ARE SO VERY VERY PROUD OF HIS COMMITMENT TO HIS AUNTIE AND THIS IMPORTANT CAUSE...)

On Friday 13th April 2007 my auntie Sarah was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML).

Sarah was very very sick, at the start she coped extremely well but she got extremely sick very quickly and we all were very scared and we knew it was very serious. Lucky for us auntie Sarah got better, and came home, but some of her friends didn't, her friends Lin and Karen died from the same sickness that auntie Sarah had, just a few months ago.

My mum, my dad and my sister and me moved to be nearer to my Auntie and uncle and my cousins, Abigail and Natasha, almost a year ago so that we could be there to support my auntie if she needed us, and be there for my little cousins too ..

I want to do this bike ride for my auntie  Sarah and for  all the other people who have this sickness..

I will be riding 13 miles on the 7th of September for Leukaemia Research  with my auntie Sarah and my uncle Stuart  as "Team Campling " - my mum was supposed to be riding too but she has just injured her knee and had to pull out ..and my dad has to babysit all the other kids.....!
