We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

THE CHALLENGE
On June 23rd 2012, Andy Hayes, Dave Allen, John Salt and Paul Hartshorn from JCB Attachments will cycle from Lands End to John O’ Groats in an “End to End” Challenge. The team are aiming to reach Lands End on 1 July. Previously we have cycled from London to Paris before but this Challenge will test our physical endurance to new levels!

WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING?
We are raising much needed funds for the NSPCC’s "Reaching out to children in Staffordshire" Appeal. The appeal is enabling the NSPCC to purchase and refurbish a building in Stoke-on-Trent which will help the charity to provide support for vulnerable young people at risk of cruelty. New innovative services are helping children whose lives have been harmed by sexual abuse, neglect or physical abuse, as well vulnerable children under the age of one. The NSPCC team also work in partnership with local authorities to help children who are in their care.  Funds donated to our Challenge will make a large difference to the lives of vulnerable children in Staffordshire so please give generously!
