Just a note to say thank you to everybody who so kindly sponsored me and donated to Framework.  As you can see, together we have raised what hopefully will be £600 by the end of the month. 

It seems like a long time since London.  It was a fantastic experience and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone thinking of giving it a go!!  My legs are fully recovered and I am slowly eating myself into the extra large T-shirt that was in my goody bag.  Maltesers and Freddos, you can't beat them!
