I'm entering the Welsh Cycling Association's annual 12 Hour Championship on September 1st.

I last rode a '12' in 1997 and did my first one in 1986. So it's been a while! Basically, all riders have 12 hours to ride as far as they can along a premeasured course, based around Raglan. My average over the years was about 210 but now in 2013.... who knows?!

Having just completed the Prudential Ride London 100 mile event in just over 6 hours, I'm hoping I might make 200 on Sept 1st.
