You can still sponsor me for my Offa's Dyke walk - 177 miles along the eighth century boundary earthwork between Wales and the English Kingdom of Mercia. I have just completed this superb long distance footpath - finishing in Prestatyn at 2pm on Easter Saturday, the 11th April, after 11 days of walking from Chepstow. No blisters, a wonderful suntan and a smile on my face!

All monies will go towards "The Caring for Our Future Appeal". This will enable Phase 2 of our building project to go ahead - a major reshaping of our Day Care facilities at the East Cheshire Hospice.
