We all know of someone who has battled with drug and alcohol misuse and have seen the impact that this has on not only their lives, but the lives of their families, their friends and the communities within which they live.  As one of the leading drug and alcohol charities in the UK, Addaction are working hard to help individuals and their families get their lives back on track so they too can look forward to a bright future.

In support of Addaction and the work that they do, I've decided to sacrifice my legs, lungs and London Underground journeys to train for and complete this year's London Marathon...and I need your support!

Let's be honest, my sore legs and lungs aren't going to help Addaction continue their good work - they need money - your money (and mine) and in running the marathon for Addaction I need to raise at least £1,200.
