HP Information Security have decided to climb Mount Snowdon for four chosen charities; I am supporting a local charity called The Link Foundation.

 

The Link Foundation helps disadvantaged children and families who are in destructive, abusive and unsafe circumstances, lead a happier and secure life.

 

Here is an example of how TLF demontrate this...

 

"Anna, a 9-year-old local girl, suffers from acute scoliosis of the spine. Her mum didn't have the funds for a special spinal bed despite the tremendous difference she knew this would have made to Anna, who was in a huge amount of pain in a standard bed, with her mum sleeping by her side every night in an attempt to alleviate her discomfort. The local Health Authority couldn't provide a special bed, so The Link Foundation bought one at £1,500 which means that Anna (and her mum!) are now able to get a good night's sleep, making a tremendous difference to the quality of their daily lives."
