Well, last year's 10km Manchester Run and my inability to move for two days has clearly been forgotten as I am planning on doing it all over again.... Not content with entering a run that's a lot further away this time, I am also running a far greater distance - 13 miles. Hmmmmm, good idea at the time. The training has started (almost) and I will once again be running in memory of the beautiful Jake Kershaw and any money raised will go to the New Children's Hospital Appeal who save precious little lives each and every day.
