Together with my Mum, younger brothers and sister, I will be walking 9 miles in memory of our late father David Courtney, who sadly passed away on August 27th 2007.

He recognised the good work that the Stauros Foundation strives to do in support of families across Northern Ireland and so we've decided to take on the challenge of walking the length and breadth of our fair city in his honour.

So as Dad would say: "Every little helps!"
