Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm going to be doing a sky dive in a few months time to raise money for the Apostleship of the Sea. They are a charity that often get overlooked as most people have never heard of them but they need our help. The Apostleship of the Sea is an amazing charity that relies solely on voluntary contributions.

This charity provides practical and pastoral care to all seafarers. Their port chaplains and volunteer ship visitors welcome seafarers, offer welfare services and advice, practical help, care and friendship, according to guiding principles of Mission, Solidarity, Welfare and Hospitality. Apostleship of the Sea in the UK is part of an international network known to the maritime world as Stella Maris.

I am raising for this charity in memory of my late Grampie who was involved with fundraising for them in his lifetime.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
