Story
May kicks off my month of madness where I'll be undertaking 4 different events raising money for a cause that is incredibly close to my heart - The Stroke Association.
From mid-May to mid-June I'll be taking part in the Yorkshire 3 peaks, followed a week later by a 185 mile cycle to Paris, a sailing regatta round Cowes and topped by a final 80 mile cycle in the Warwickshire countryside.
The cycle to Paris is in memory of my friend's lovely mum, Tina, who tragically passed away after a devastating stroke aged just 53. A stroke can happen to anyone at any age, no matter how fit and healthy they are and we would like to raise awareness of this. In memory of Tina and in aid of the Stroke Association, there is the ambition of raising £100,000 through the bike ride alone.
