Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Hello all! I am excited to join the XL Charity Challenge Team trek to Everest Base Camp, Nepal on March 6-23, 2008 to raise funds for Kathmandu Kids Club.  I volunteer with the Kathmandu Kids Club in Bermuda as well as serving on their team of Volunteer Managers and I believe strongly in their work. 

Along with my 14 team members I have been training hard to prepare for the 16 day trek through northeastern Nepal climbing over 9,800 feet in elevation and covering over 100 kilometers (no easy feat for sea level Bermuda dwellers!) The team’s goal is to reach Everest Base Camp, elevation 17,576 feet, and in the process to raise $150,000 in sponsorship ($10,000 per participant.)   Please consider pledging your support to help me and the Kathmandu Kids Club to reach this goal. so please sponsor me now!
