Hi there - thank you so much for visiting my fundraising page!

After months of training, the London marathon is almost here! It's my first marathon, and although I am looking forward to it, I have never before run that far and am hoping that I can make it on the day!

I am running to raise awareness and funds for The Children's Trust, which is a charity that helps children with severe disabilities. It provides specialist care for some of the UK's most disabled children, including those with brain injuries sustained as a result of accidents or serious illness. Every year over 5000 children suffer acquired brain injury but most don't have access to specialist help - this is where The Children's Trust comes in.

If you could help me in my quest to raise money for such a worthwhile cause, I would really appreciate it. I plan to run 26 miles - surely that merits one or two donations?

If you could even donate one pound, that would be a great help. Obviously feel free to give what you can, but every penny counts.
