Training update - 16 Feb 09 - We both hit the 13 mile mark this weekend... only another 13 to go....  It's at mile 13 that some say is the best part of the route.  We'll be crossing Tower Bridge and passing the Tower of London...the crowds are incredible here and will give us a boost! Training is so far so good.  We have both had our ups and downs...  more ups than downs thankfully!
