Our personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  I'm attempting to swim the channel in order to raise money and awareness for the IA in September and your support means so much to so many, especially me.  Anyway, thats enough of the soppy stuff.  France here I come (and yes I know its quicker by boat but it's not nearly as much fun!!)
