Hello everyone and welcome to my fundraising page as I prepare to train and run the Women's 10k on 10 May 2009.

St Vincent's Hospice were excellent in the treatment of Iain's dad when he was in Palliative Care, the nurses were excellent to him.  As I was overseas this is my way of trying to raise money for an excellent cause and raise awareness of the work that they do.
