Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Our task is to complete the 10K Great Manchester Run on the 18th of May! Between now and then we will be doing quite abit of training! I (jennifer) have never been much of a runner and zoe is a good sprinter but struggles at any sort of distance so it should be a challenge for both of us!

We have chosen to do this event for the Ear Trust as the charity does fantastic work and has greatly increased our familys quality of life. Our mum, Ann, worked very closely with the Ear Trust and through the charitys hard work and dedication it was able to sponsor her first cochlear implant. This fantastic operation gave her the miracle of hearing. Without this support it is possible that as children growing up we would have been unable to communicate with our mum in any conventional manner, time  and memories which are more precious now than ever before.

It is now time for zoe and I to give back to this fantastic charity in thanks for all the precious times that it have given us with our mum.
