About my charity : Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted) Hospice Of St Francis (Berkhamsted)
The Hospice aims to bring peace, comfort and dignity to patients and families facing the crisis of serious illness. We offer assessment and skilled clinical care, respite breaks, home support, day care and bereavement support. Care is free of charge and a flexible and individual approach is made.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. I am going to be doing the 'Walk With the Stars - a night time 12 mile walk from Hemel Hempstead to Berkhamsted and back on 21st/22nd June to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis.
