My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Tiga and I enjoyed our adventure below so much last year that we are going to do it again!! Yes we will be running 11 races in 9 days in the French Alps - they will be different routes to last year so much to look forward to.

So you now have another chance to sponsor us for a really worthwhile cause.

Read all about last year.

We did it and it was the most amazing experience and adventure - we can't wait to go again next year!

11 races, 9 days, 71kms, 3430m ascent, 2150m descent, altitude between 710m & 2040m!

We had 2 x 1st places, 5 x 2nd places and 4 x 4th places to finish 4th overall in our category. We also had an overall 2nd podium place at the last resort of Auris.

So come on now - make a donation to our worthwhile cause.

I will be running 11 races in 9 days with my beagle Tiga in the Trophee des Montagnes in the French Alps. This is a Cani-cross event where 150 runners with their dogs will be taking part. I have never done a challenge like this before which is why I want to do it for a reason and that is to raise money for my chosen charity - Canine Partners - the charity that trains dogs to transform the lives of people with disabilities.

I have just spent a day at the Canine Partners Training Centre and this has inspired me even more to support this worthwhile charity. The unbelievable stories of how dogs have given back so much indepenence to people with disabilities is truly amazing

After a car accident due to someone elses carelessness 3 years ago, it was nearly 2 years before I was allowed to start running again and it made me realise that i could easily have ended up in a wheelchair and in need of a Canine Partner

So please make a donation now and help transform the lives of others who are in need.
