Every year in the UK, 125,000 people have an unnecessary heart attack or stroke in which high blood pressure is a key factor. The Blood Pressure Association exists to fight the causes of high blood pressure to prevent strokes and heart disease in the UK.

My story

Thanks for visiting my "British 10K London Run 2009" fundraising page. Please dig deep into every pocket and behind every sofa to find as many coppers as you have to sponsor me online – it’s quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me!

This event is vital to help funding The Blood Pressure Association. They help to save lifes by preventing unnecessary death and disability from heart disease, heart attacks and stroke caused by high blood pressure.
