For those who have known me for a long time, you will understand what an achievement it is for me to be running the London Marathon and how proud I am to be involved in such an event. This last year has been a tough one  for me, but as always nothing keeps a good girl down for long and Im on the up.  What better way to start than to complete a marathon!!!

Crazy girl I know.....but I have the best coach in the world. Have you ever trained with a three year old with boundless energy...if not give it a go!!  On my slower days my daughter always keeps me going and she will be the perfect reason for me to be running across the finish line in April.
