As some of you may know, Tom Clarke (my boyfriend Matt's younger brother) was recently diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma. This is a very rare form of bone cancer which mainly affects teenagers and young adults. Awareness of this disease is low, and more research is really needed into bone cancers to help with diagnosis and to discover new and more effective treatments.

I am running a half marathon (Run to the Beat) on 5 October in Greenwich in aid of the Bone Cancer Research Trust. If you are able to sponsor me and put some money towards this very deserving charity I would really appreciate it.
