Dear Friends,

So, I sweated out the 26.2 miles on Flora London Marathon day - April 26th 2009.  It was my first marathon and I was very proud to be running it for the benefit of such a worthy cause - Disability Sport Events.  I finished in 5:56:31, with a smile on my face.
