For the record, I will be running/jogging/walking/staggering a basic 5km so that you all know that I'm working hard for the money.

If you know me well enough to come straight here, then you know that I am (nastily) autistic myself, and that I haven't always had the support that I've needed - and that close family and Chris have needed.
I think that despite my agoraphobia, this is a cause that can get me out of the flat long enough to do my part. I have no idea how effective my indoor training is, but I will make it through that 5K. If you think I can't, then obviously you should sponsor me lots because I'll never be collecting it...
