The education and supported living services, innovative social enterprises and employment support services enable everyone we support to thrive.

Story

3 triathlons in 3 months

From September this year I will be competing in three events to raise much needed funds for Kisharon and other charities including Great Ormond Street Hospital and Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research.

Kisharon is an inspirational charitable organisation providing education, support and opportunities for Jewish children and adults with learning difficulties. The vital services, located over seven sites across London, cater for the needs of the learning disabled at every stage of their lives – from nursery and school, right through to residential services and work opportunities. Kisharon provides support for each individual to develop their potential and live a fulfilling life within the community.

Kisharon’s continued existence relies heavily on voluntary funding for support. Please support my efforts to help these special individuals realise their potential and live life to the full by sponsoring my participation in the following events:

1) Tri for Life Triathlon – Long Distance: 800m swim; 30km cycle; and 7.5km run. 5th September 2010 (http://www.triforlife.co.uk/)

2) London Duathlon – Challenge Distance: 10km run; 20km cycle; and 5 km run. 12th September 2010 (http://www.thelondonduathlon.co.uk/)

3) Kisharon Eilat Triathlon – Olympic Distance: 1.5km swim; 40km cycle; and 10km run. 12th November 2010 (http://www.kisharon.org.uk/)

Any contribution you are able to make will be very much appreciated.

Thank you,

Jeremy
