Update - 27 April

Well I did it in 3:54:55 which I was very pleased with.  I must have overtaken Gordon Ramsay on the day but didn't get the chance to chat.  The run itself was brilliant for 16 miles and awful for 10 miles but I kept going and didn't walk at all.

Thanks to all who sponsored me.  I'm really proud to have raised such a great total.

Update - 11 April

Well the marathon is 2 weeks away and I've run about 400 miles this year in training.  I think this can be summed up in three words.  My feet hurt.  Anyway I've done 3 runs over 20 miles and over so hopefully I can get around on the big day without too much off a problem.
