Matty Murray - Jennys son, has just turned 10 he's a fantastic kid with an extra chromosome !!

Jenny works with me and says  -

"The Down's Syndrome Association, have been a great source of information and support to me and Matty since his birth. Its only with this financial support that telephone advice lines, quality literature and research can continue ".

Thats why I chose to support Matty and run my little socks off  in the London Marathon for the first time ever !!

The day all went to plan including drinking the right amounts and kinds of lucozade and taking the right energy gels at the right places on the route - all very technical you'll understand.....

To cut a long story short it was a fantastic experience and I enjoyed every bit of it - I completed the event in 4 Hours and 20 Seconds without stopping or walking !!

No chaffing or blisters due to Alan Parnhams great advice on lathering up with Vaseline - so sorry Brian Parcesepe but I still have the queens jewels in order Thank You !!

The supporters were fantastic - they enjoyed my big green fuzzy wuzzy wig more than my head did !!

Your personal support really helped me and I read all your messages again just before the start to inspire me before the big push - Thanks so much to you all - Cheers

Any donation you provide through this page is totally secure and if you are a UK tax payer has a further 25% added as gift aid plus an extra supplement of 3%

Thank You for your support - Every pound makes a real difference to the families and children who are growing up with that extra chromosome which leads to the Downs Syndrome.
