Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. I am fortunate to work in a field that has helped me to understand what is required of research to help fight against diseases and every little really does help! This year my work colleagues and I have decided to raise money for a fantastic cause in Cancer Research and between us we will be completing the Race for Life events in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Cancer Research is a cause quite close to my heart. Within my family I have experienced the loss of loved ones to cancer and illness and for those family members who are still battling against cancer, I race for them! 

By sponsoring me, we can support one another, stay strong and unite to create a force that cancer can't ignore. No one should feel alone! 

One day we will beat cancer. Let us make it sooner!
