Break provides a range of services for children, adults and families in need. These services include: Homes for Children and Young Adults, Supported Holidays and Respite Care, Assessments for Families in Crisis, Mental Health Services for Women, Day Support Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mentoring Schemes for Young People.

My personal message:

Hi everyone,

As some of you may be aware on 5th and 6th July i have been persuaded by members of the office to take to the waters of Norfolk in just a Kayak. ..The Challenge: to paddle 40km in 2 days, carrying all our equipment on board for survival on theNorfolk Broads

The reason I'm doing this is to raise awareness  and support for BREAK, a fantastic charity who provide care for individuals with disabilities as well as the much needed support for their families. This is an amazing organisation who do really great work, but as with all charities they need the help of fundraisers to keep up their good work.

It would fantastic if you could sponsor me for this event- 40km is a fair distance especially for someone like me with non existent arm muscles! your support would very much be appreciated...
