Hey,
so as many of you know, for the last few months I have ditched the dresses and champagne and spent most of my time running round and round the various parks of London in a vague attempt to train for a marathon. The day itself is only 3 weeks away, the nerves are kicking in, and my legs are really, really tired, so to help me make it round the 26.2 miles, it seemed to be a good idea to try to raise a bit of money for charity.
Mercy ships go out to various ports and offer free medical treatment to those who otherwise wouldn't receive it (and the volunteers who go out have to provide their own funds). If you fancy sponsoring me for slogging my way round Paris, that'd be great, otherwise I'll hopefully see you back in London for a few celebratory pints once I can walk again!
