I am running the Bupa London 10K and raising money for an amazing music therapy charity, 'Jessie's Fund', which was set up in memory of Jessica George, a talented young musician who was diagnosed with a brain tumour at a very young age and sadly died. Her parents set up the charity to help terminally ill children through music therapy. The charity has grown and is doing truly amazing things and changing lives. I've seen music therapy work when I volunteered during my time at uni and obviously, being a musician myself it is something close to my heart.
