On the 8th May, four of us will be abseiling 230ft down the side of 20 Cabot Circus, Canary Wharf, London!! 

As helicopter pilots we are all aware of the skill and bravery required by the Air Ambulance crews and the fantastic work that they do across the UK.  We will be abseiling to raise money for this excellent cause and thank you in advance for your generous contribution.
