Royal Free Charity

Charity Registration No. 1060924

The Royal Free Charity raises funds for high priority projects within the Royal Free Hospital where support is not available through public funding. The Royal Free is a world class teaching hospital, based in Hampstead, seeing over 700,000 patients a year. Projects supported make all the difference to patients, such as innovative research and treatment, medical equipment and improved patient facilities.

In memory of Jewel Burke, family and friends will be competing in the Adidas Woman's Challenge on Sunday 6 September 2009 to raise much needed funds for the Royal Free Trustees Grant. Part of the Royal Free Charity, this area researches and develops treatment in order to help treat people suffering from Carcinoid Tumours, the rare cancer that Jewel bravely fought for a number of years.

If you would like to take part in the challenge (women only) please contact any of the Team Members listed above. Alternatively we welcome your donations.
