Magen David Adom (MDA) is Israel’s only ambulance and medical emergency service. For 75 years MDA UK has raised funds for medical equipment, ambulances, bloodmobiles and stations to benefit ALL Israel’s citizens. MDA is a non-governmental organisation that depends on donors to save more lives.

Story

As Israelis continue to live under the constant threat of rocket attacks and the Jewish state’s brave soldiers face other dangers in their battle against terror, the Jewish News today calls on its army of readers to help buy an ambulance to save the lives of those injured in attacks.

With more intensive care ambulances needed by the emergency services in the affected areas of southern Israel, we plan to purchase one of these life-saving vehicles to be sent to the region as soon as possible. The £60,000 cost will include the equipment on board needed to give patients the best possible chance of survival following an attack.

Please give generously to help save lives in Israel! Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. And if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
