My story

The Big Pull is a Team Sprint challenge that will see 10 teams competing to see who can pull a Havard aircraft the quickest on the famous Goodwood Straight.GATCO are entering a team in this challenge.

It is the culmination of a day of activities planned at Goodwood that the ATCOs Branch of Prospect has organised.  The money raised is going towards our grand target of raising £100,000 by June for Aerobility.  The Big Pull is the last and biggest of our fund raising events going on since we started in mid-2011.

Aerobility is a fantastic charity that aims to support disabled members of our community, including Armed forces veterans, to learn to fly, to build self esteem and challenge perceptions.  Our target would allow them to buy a new plane!

The day will start with the Breakfast Club at Goodwood, this is a regular monthly event that Goodwood host, we will be there as part of that.  Once that has finished we will be putting on a range of activities to suit all ages; including a mini air show either side of The Big Pull event.
