Cycle Vietnam · 4 November 2005 to 14 November 2005 ·

We raise money to save the lives of people affected by cancer, everywhere. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to save the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. The 12th November sees me head out to Vietnam to attempt to cycle across the northern part of the country, from Hanoi to Sapa. The journey covers nearly 800km over 8 days, about the same as cycling Exeter to Edinburgh... just hotter, more humid and uphill!!

The reason for this challenge is to raise money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign, a very worthwhile cause I am sure you agree. The work that continues daily at this hospital is truely amazing and by sponsoring me now, you too can make difference.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now... if nothing else, the picture of me wearing lycra cycling shorts must be worth a couple of pounds!! Many thanks for your support. Jez x
