I have decided to complete my hat trick of challenges for the Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign and try and take my fundraising total for the Campaign to £10,000!  Since I started putting my self through the pain barrier in order to raise money for the Marsden, so many of you have been so very generous and I, and the Hospital cannot thank you enough.  But I really need your money again!!

This time, I am again jumping on my bike (the thought of the pain my bottom will go through again fills me with dread!) and heading for the hot and humid shores of Cuba, where I will be attempting to cycle just short of 700km in 6 days!!
