Hi, I am John Fifield from Penn and I have run in 9 London Marathons for various charities, but I find the support and organisation at IRHH second to none.
My attitude to training is “ put in the miles and enjoy it”. However the hardest part is getting out of the front door.
Completing the London Marathon again will give me a great sense of achievement”.
