Okay, so I haven't learnt my lessons at London 2011 & 2012 and have signed up for Berlin 2014!  

I am continuing to raise sponsorship for the Brain & Spine Foundation and am proud to be running as part of their team again.

Having sadly lost my parents following brain aneurysms it's a special cause to me, and one which I'm grateful for your support.
