Hi everyone, Update, update,
Thankyou thankyou, to everyone who supported us during the last three months, it has been an amazing experience, one that I shall never forget,this event has been a massive success for safe@last and I am very happy to have been able to contribute.
It really is a win, win, win situation, as all the guests had a fab night, us dancers were all winners having learnt how to dance and safe@last benefit greatly from the fantastic amount raised by everyone 'But on this occassion it is definatley a win, win, win, WIN situation as Phil and myself won the glitterball' (not that i am competitive, but it was a competition after all ha ha.)

Keeeeeeeeep Dancing!!!
As many of you know, I often get involved with the charity safe@last, which is a childrens charity that works in South Yorkshire providing services for young people, 16 and under, who are at risk through running away.
'Not so strictly come dancing' is slightly different to my usual involvment as I am in competition with Nine other like minded couples(all of us mad and NOT competitive ha ha!!)
The format is based on the ever popular t.v show and the aim of the game is to last as many rounds as possible.
Phil and I, along with the rest of the group have been fortunate enough to have weekly training sessions with proffessional dance teacher Judith Bennet,(mother and mother inlaw of the fantastic Darren and Lilia.) how good is that?
Any way your donation is equivlent to the public vote and the more we raise the longer we last in the competition, ( which is 15/01/10 at the City Hall Sheffield
So please,please help in anyway you can as it is for an extemely worthy cause.Thank you for your support and keeeeeep dancing
