A non-profit organisation and self-help group whose aim is to help maintain and improve the quality of life of people with Multiple Sclerosis who live in the Lothians, Fife and the Borders We provide practical therapies in a welcoming, friendly, supportive and positive ambience. These include physiotherapy, reflexology, yoga and HBO.

My story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. We are three mums who, three years ago, started jogging a couple of times a week, with the aim of completing the 5k (3 mile) 'race for life'. Since then our sights have been set a little higher each year, progressing from 5k to 10k and then 10 miles. Now, this year, we are throwing caution to the winds, and running the Edinburgh Marathon - a whopping 26.2 miles each!

Please support us in this mammoth task. We want to raise as much money as possible to help a very worthwhile cause: the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre Lothian.
