<p>In July I'll be taking one brave (or rather stupid!) step... out of a plane, high up in the sky! That's right... a solo (i.e. not tandem) skydive from 12,000 feet which my lovely wife has bought for me as a gift. It's a challenge that I've wanted to undertake for sometime now - and at the same time raise some money for an extremely worthwhile charity.</p>
<p>I've chosen the Rett Syndrome Research Trust UK (<a title="http://www.reverserett.org.uk" href="http://www.reverserett.org.uk/" target="_blank">http://www.reverserett.org.uk</a>) which sets out to raise funds for scientific research of what may well be the first reversible brain disorder. </p>

<p>As mentioned earlier, my wife has sponsored the cost of the dive; meaning that every penny that you donate will go directly to Rett Syndrome Research Trust UK. </p>
