A self-help group receiving no statutory funding provides advice and support for people with MS and their carers in Tayside and Fife in a friendly non-clinical setting. Members choose from therapies; hyperbaric oxygen, counselling, physio, chiropody, aromatherapy, reflexology, yoga and swimming
